Manwaring Highlights

The Almalfi Coast is a stretch of coastline along Italy’s Sorrentine Peninsula, in the Campania region with windy roads, sheer cliffs, small beaches, quaint villages, terraced vineyards, and cliff-side lemon groves.  It was fun to bump into the Elders on the windy road from Solerno to Amalfi, if only I wasn’t so car sick and could of carried on a descent conversation.  On our day-tour to Pompeii and Mt. Girls Camp at Camp Blanton, Southeast KY    The thing I liked about Girls Camp the most this year was…I got to go!!! It was so fun going as the camp nurse again, and life-guarding!   This was our cabin which was nicely decorated with balloons and tinsel from some anonymous campers.   A smart little mouse chewed a hole in Bridgette’s purse in order to eat the chocolates inside!  One of my favorite parts of camp was going on the seven (plus) mile hike!…
