Happy Birthday Aubrey!
Aubrey turned 27 this month and I can’t believe she is already that old, it seems like just yesterday she was a young girl bing reading books and playing catcher for the Bashers. I am so proud of the woman she’s become, and the good things she is doing in her life! She celebrated her birthday in stages, on her actual birthday I had flowers sent to her school to hopefully make up for being out of town, once again, on her birthday, after school she treated herself to a run since it was such a beautiful day. That evening Raul gave her the latest I-phone and she took a nice pic of him to test out her fancy camera, they then went to the movies at a theater with the reclining seats. The Sunday after her birthday she opened gifts and we sang Happy Birthday to her after our Chilean Independence Day celebration. And then a week later I made her a birthday cake where she would have blown out candles if we would of had an actual cake to put them on, unfortunately, the applesauce bundt cake (one of her favs) fell apart while trying to flip it over on a plate, so we ate the cake in bowels with caramel drizzle on top. That’s the great thing about being an adult, you can celebrate your birthday whenever you want, for as long as you want! Because it’s so cute, I threw in a picture of Raul sitting with his and Aubrey’s little primary class from church.
